Each year, the Landscape and Nursery Association of Greater St. Louis awards a student scholarship valued at $1000. The LNAGSL recognizes and appreciates the value to our organization, the professional green industry and the communities of the Gateway region of encouraging the development of knowledgeable and talented individuals.

The primary intent of this scholarship program is to:

  • Support the development of a knowledgeable work force available to provide professional service to the horticulture community in the Gateway region.
  • Assist talented individuals with financial support to pursue their education goals.
  • Recognize those who seek professional goals in the horticulture green industry.
  • Prospect future green industry leaders.

Appropriate applicants are individuals currently working within the horticulture industry and desiring to seek further education or students currently enrolled in university or community college level classes specifying horticulture as their focus with intent of pursuing employment within the Gateway region's horticulture green industry. Applicant must show proof of current enrollment or enrollment in the next semester (allowing high school students to apply) of a university or community college horticulture program.
