Horticulture Co-op Representation Committee provides Association representation and participation on the Hort Co-op Board of Directors.  The Association represents one (1) voting position on the Hort Co-op Board of Directors.  The Association is entitled to three (3) representatives to serve on the Hort Co-op Board, consisting of the current Association President and two (2) designated delegates elected from the Association’s general membership.  The Association’s delegates serve with staggered terms as follows:


Delegate #1: (on odd numbered years) July 1st of that year until June 30th of the next odd numbered year.


Delegate #2: (on even numbered years) July 1st of that year until June 30th of the next even numbered year.


A delegate is elected or re-elected at the Annual Member Meeting the calendar year before a current delegate’s term expires.  Upon serving two (2) – two (2) consecutive year terms, a delegate is eligible for re-election after a two (2) year absence of board service.
